Research shows evidence that color can affect a person’s mood, physiological state, and even productivity. While researchers can differ on how or why color therapy can have such a dramatic impact on humans and their health, there is overwhelming consensus about the positive outcomes of using color in various situations. Cool colors such as blues and greens typically evoke a sense of calm, relaxation, and peace. Green is also often associated with nature, balance and growth. It is my hope that the color palette I’ve chosen creates such tranquility and aides in my client’s therapeutic experience.

My office suite is located within the practice of Midtown Psychotherapy Associates (MPA). As part of this therapeutic community, clients can enjoy a range of amenities including a selection of complimentary beverages, yummy chocolates, ample reading material and lounge space on the sky-lit courtyard terrace. MPA also offers a host of integrative services such as Yoga Therapy and Holistic Health Coaching, which are conveniently housed in the same space.
