Women's Breathwork Retreat

Join us for a transformative 3-night women's retreat led by a team of licensed mental health practitioners dedicated to guiding you through a weekend of wellness and empowerment. This immersive experience focuses on integrative, inner-self work with sessions that combine a variety of holistic healing practices including: breathwork, somatic release, embodiment, martial arts, meditation, intuition building and ecstatic dance. Catherine, Pegah and Angela have known each other professionally for over 12 years and worked together in a variety of settings. As established mental health providers, each facilitator has between 12-20 years of experience working with individuals to help them in their personal journeys towards improved mental and emotional wellbeing. They are excited to come together in this breathwork retreat to continue supporting women in their healing and self-actualization process.
WORKSHOPS

Participants will have the chance to participate in at least 7 workshops, (2) 1-hour long group breathwork sessions + (2) 1-hour long post-breathe integration sessions. Workshops will include:

VENUE
The retreat will be held at The Florrest - a unique property located 90 miles south of Atlanta on a 153-acre private forest complete with indoor sleeping quarters, an event dome, cold plunge, sauna, hot tub, fire pit and more. Guests will enjoy shared accommodations and community-style meals among 12 retreat guests and 3 retreat leaders.
